Overview
Chronos is an interactive web-based scrollytelling experience that brings to life five historical eras of Teatro Fernando Calderón in Zacatecas, Mexico (from 1832 to the present). Built on a custom build-time frame-extraction pipeline, the application maps scroll depth to cinematic frame indices using GSAP motion design and Lenis smooth scrolling, delivering instantaneous visual narrative crossfades without runtime video decoding overhead.
